We are located in the Montalbano area and we source the product directly from little producers of the mountain range.
We know the area as well as the many farmers living in, many of them are family friends since our grandfathers used to work and help each other out with farming when techniques and technology were pre-industrial.
Its land has special characteristics because of its origins. The exposure to the sun and sea currents result in the oil produced here having unique and recognizable qualities. Even just a few kilometers away, the oil is different, and you can taste the difference.
All our oil is Organic, Hand-harvested.
